Is Revelux a licensed contractor?
Yes. Revelux LLC is a Virginia Class A licensed contractor with the RBC – Residential Building classification. We are also bonded and insured for our contracting operations.
Is Revelux a general contractor?
Revelux operates as the builder and contractor for residential construction and renovation projects within the scope of our licensing and the requirements of the jurisdiction where the project is located. We coordinate the construction process, required trades, scheduling, permitting, inspections, and project completion.
What types of projects does Revelux build?

Does Revelux perform the entire construction project?
Revelux oversees and coordinates the complete construction process. Depending on the project, specialized portions of the work such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, engineering, and other regulated trades are performed by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals.

Do you handle permits?
Yes. When permit services are included in the project scope, Revelux can coordinate permit applications, required drawings, engineering documents, responses to reviewer comments, inspections, and related approvals.
Do you handle architectural and engineering drawings?
Yes. When drawings or engineering are required, Revelux can coordinate the appropriate design and engineering professionals as part of the preconstruction and permitting process.
Can you help with the design and material selections?
Yes. Depending on the project, we can assist with layout development, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, finishes, and other material selections.
Who coordinates the project day-to-day?
Revelux coordinates the construction schedule, site activities, trade sequencing, inspections, material requirements, project communication, and quality control throughout the project.
Can Revelux take over a renovation that has already started?
Potentially. We first review the existing work, permits, plans, site conditions, outstanding items, and project status. If we determine that the project can reasonably be taken over, we will define a new scope and the requirements necessary to move forward.

Does your Virginia Class A license apply throughout the DMV?
Our Class A contractor license and RBC – Residential Building classification are Virginia credentials. Projects outside Virginia are subject to the contractor licensing, permitting, and other requirements of the jurisdiction where the property is located.
Which Northern Virginia areas do you serve?
